An Ode to the Weary… Somewhere between moments of hesitation and inescapable rushes of time, we find moments of resting eyes, melding the viewing world around them, creating free-flowing images of stagnation before fully rested eyes return.
Godsend Resting Eyes; is a collection of black-and-white images created to illuminate the moments of chaotic stagnation in everyday life. With eyes strained from squinting and weary from overworking, new visions of a familiar but melded world are born. With a strange and seemingly invisible world unlocked, we look deeper into the perspective of weary eyes as the lines blur between recognizable objects, abstractions of possibilities, and the unknown.
